As the host's voice fell, Mr. Lin Yu, Director of the Center for Vocational Education Development of the Ministry of Education, along with Mr. Liu Zilin, Party Secretary of the University, Mr. Gan Jinming, President of the University, and Chen Zhengzhen, Vice President of the University, jointly unveiled the red cloth covering the plaque before the audience, marking the grand inauguration of another significant international cooperation platform for the university!

Since 2022, to address the growing demand for overseas education following industry expansion, the university has been actively exploring models for international teacher training. Domestically, efforts have focused on enhancing the English teaching capabilities of professional faculty, with over 80 teachers participating in training programs, more than 50 of whom have passed the training certification. Several bilingual teaching teams have been established in fields such as equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, and construction machinery, becoming a vital force for training overseas technical personnel for enterprises and training partner university teachers. Internationally, leveraging industry-education integration projects, the University has collaborated with trainers from LiuGong to conduct training and certification for teachers from local partner universities in Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. This has led to the formation of five university-enterprise international dual-structured teaching teams across three countries, supporting various stages of tailored talent cultivation for enterprises. Additionally, by integrating resources, the University has organized several advanced manufacturing and live-streaming e-commerce teacher capacity-building training sessions for ASEAN countries, certifying 60 teachers and effectively enhancing the university's international influence.

Furthermore, through the China-Indonesia TVET Industry-Education Alliance (CITIEA) initiated by the university, the university has spearheaded the Indonesia-China Vocational Education Enhancement Program (ICVEEP). Under this Program, 27 Chinese institutions, 8 Indonesian pilot universities, and 5 Chinese enterprises in Indonesia collaborated to co-construct standards. Starting with the training of 83 Chinese and Indonesian teachers, the Program has cultivated a cross-national, cross-institutional, and cross-enterprise team dedicated to standard development and implementation, providing a replicable and innovative pathway for the collective internationalization of Chinese vocational education.

During the unveiling ceremony, Mr. Liu Zilin outlined the university's systematic international cooperation efforts with ASEAN countries, particularly Indonesia. He noted that receiving guidance from the Center for Vocational Education Development of the Ministry of Education at this crucial juncture, as the university charts its first five-year plan following its elevation to a university, would have a profound impact on its development. Mr. Lin Yu gained detailed insights into the university's collaborative efforts with enterprises to expand overseas in the ASEAN region during the ceremony and subsequent tour, acknowledging the university's commendable work in this area.

Through these diverse initiatives, the university has established various models for international teacher training and accumulated extensive experience. The establishment of the International Teacher Training Center for Vocational Education will provide a platform for researching and implementing systematic training mechanisms and models, further propelling the university's international development to a higher level.
